NAPA Auto Parts-MPEC is Hiring a Store Manager Near Wayland, IA

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall profitability of the store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, training development, and retail management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques
- Create and maintain a positive and engaging shopping experience for customers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate pricing and merchandising
- Manage store budgeting, including expense control and revenue generation
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other store managers to share best practices and achieve company goals

Qualifications:
